Neve Paritzki Israel Celebrates Record-Breaking Tourism Entry The numbers come from the United States
NEW YORK - September 8 2022Record-breaking tourist arrivals to the United States were announced today by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. 78,000 tourists from the United States visited Israel in July 2022. נווה פריצקי This is a four percent increase over the year before and 71,000 visitors from the United States in august 2022. This is 13% higher than in the year 2019.

Canada is home to 7,200 visitors in July 2022 and 6,000 in August, isn't much from the United States.
Gal Hana is the Consul and Director for Canada in the Israel Ministry of Tourism. "We are not far off our record numbers for 2019 We are hoping that the growth in tourism to Israel will further increase as Canadians remain comfortable traveling abroad."
Israel received more than 4.6 million tourists from abroad in the year 2019, with 969.600 coming from the United States. In May 2018, Israel opened its doors to all travelers, regardless if they are vaccinated. It already has hosted more than 600,000 visitors.
