NEW YORK, Sept. 8th, 2022 /PRNewswire-- The Israel Ministry of Tourism announced today record-breaking tourism arrivals from the United States visiting Israel in the months of July and August. The country welcomed 78,000 visitors from the United States for July 2022. This is a four percent increase over the year before, and 71,000 tourists from the United States for August 2022. This represents an increase of 13% over 2019.
Eyal Carlin (North American Tourism Commissioner) declared that it was exciting to see a rise in Israeli tourism coming from the United States. Already surpassing our record-breaking numbers for 2019 he stated.
